1. The front end of the machine is connected to the automatic liquid injection machine. The core is put into the aluminum shell and filled with liquid and then transported to the machine; the rubber plug is fed by the vibration plate.

2. The core aluminum shell assembly is assembled with the rubber plug after lead shaping. The manipulator transfers the assembly to the disc station to complete product rolling and sealing. The final product is measured by CCD for size and then output to the casing machine.

3. The product is cleaned, dried, and the polarity is confirmed on the casing machine before being sleeved and heat-shrunk to complete the operation.

4. The rubber plug hole position adopts non-contact photoelectric positioning.
