1. The material core, rubber plug and aluminum shell of this machine are supplied by their respective vibration plates.

2. After the lead shaping, the core is combined with the rubber plug and then transferred to the chain fixture. The core is driven on the chain fixture, completing two injections of electrolyte and two vacuum maintenance. The manipulator loads the core into the aluminum shell and transfers it to the disc station to complete the rolling groove and sealing of the product. The final product is inspected by CCD for size before being discharged.
